Juergen Hahn Appointed as new Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Process Control

Dr. Juergen Hahn, Director of the Jackson Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies (CBIS) and Professor of Biomedical Engineering, has been appointed as the sixth Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Process Control, effective January 1, 2027. Dr. Hahn has served on the journal’s editorial board since 2010 and as its Deputy Editor-in-Chief since 2020. The Journal of Process Control (JPC) is an international journal established in 1991 that “covers the application of control theory, operations research, computer science and engineering principles to the solution of process control problems.” JPC is International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC) affiliated, has an impact score of 4.4, and is in the top quartile of all journals in its category. Congratulations to Dr. Hahn on this great accomplishment!
