Xavier Intes (RPI) and Margarida Barroso (Albany Medical Center) have been selected for a new National Cancer Institute (NCI) R01 grant! This is a 5-year grant with a $3.9 million budget and focuses on the "Role of tumor biomechanics on drug-receptor engagement". Xavier and Margarida have collaborated on several large NIH grants previously and it further strengthens the CeMSIM-CTI collaboration in translational imaging.
